Lovely little and well laid out room, very comfy bed and pillows. Central location to large shopping centre with DELIGHTFUL views.

The room was nicely decorated, a nice size and with a spa bath. The location was really handy and comfy, for example, Bayfair Shopping Centre was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel...

I recently stayed at the Bay Palm Motel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The unit itself was comfortable and spacious, with two levels providing a sense of space. The bathroom was clean and the kitchenette was well-equipped. Plus, the motel is conveniently located close to the Ocean Beach, a shopping mall, and the airport. I also loved the fact that parking was right outside the front door, saving me the hassle of lugging heavy bags for miles.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent easily accessed Motel. Clean tidy and well presented. Room had all the necessary extras such as hair dryer and iron and kitchenette etc. A very pleasant place to stay and so handy to everything.Reasonably priced I would use this venue again.

I will definitely endeavour to stay at Bay Palm Motel each time is am in Bay of Plenty for business as this motel provided me with everything I needed. The location is handy for access to my clients as well as the shopping mall for after working hours shopping. Very clean, spacious rooms and very friendly staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a beautiful home away from home. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making sure all of my needs were met. The room was so comfy and at such a great price. Every morning, someone would come and clean the room, ensuring it was spotless and asking if I needed any extra supplies. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the shopping center and only a short walk to the beach and bay. The amenities provided, such as room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities, were top-notch. I also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the option to have breakfast in my room. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Location: the hotel was just off the beach, Bayfair and Papamoa as well as Mount Maunganui. We enjoyed rooms with three single beds.

We were delighted by the warm and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and its proximity to the Bayfair shopping centre and the lovely beach. It was also an added bonus that the hotel was close to the stadium – a great convenience for us.

Nothing that we didn't like.

It was a simple check in process and stuff had a no fuss attitude.

Make sure light bolbs are working in the rooms. Internet kept on dropping out.

The location was very good, set back from the main road but within walking distance of shops and the beach.
